like a blanket of snow covering the soil,
protecting it from the outside.
There's no sight more beautiful,
than a mother protecting her child,
from the cold and hurtful world outside.
Everywhere we look,
even in the places that seem the coldest,
being protected by those you'd least expect to.
Return the favor every so often,
and you'll see,
you're helping make the world a better place to be.
A Perfect Day It seemed a day like no other,A Perfect Day by ~Zandaa
the birds were singing,
the wind gave us a slight breeze.
Everywhere you looked,
the plants were slightly swaying,
moving with the breeze against the blue sky.
Gentle silver clouds,
moved along the sky,
as if they were a herd of sheep.
Green blue and silver,
the artist's preference,
to create and enjoy a perfect day.
A new dawn The blood running down these arms,A new dawn by ~Zandaa
like shooting stars falling down.
Peacefully it ends,
with the starlit sky above.
Just you, me and each other,
written in the stars.
A novel of romance,
with a happy end at the break of dawn.
Thus a new day begins,
as it always shall.
Paradoxal Balance There I stood...Paradoxal Balance by ~Zandaa
Waiting for the heavens to cry, the rain to pour down..
Waiting for my sins, tears and memories to wash away,
instead, the tears of light didn't fall..
keeping me stained like blood on a fine white shirt...
All I long for is salvation and cleansing,
which I shan't receive by the orders of the high and mighty.
Life is so unfair, so full of treachery,
all you can trust is you and yourself,
plus the few you deem worthy...
Together you can be stained, yet clean,
sad yet happy..
A world of paradox where everything is balanced,
that is the world I live in, such is the world I desire.
